Mac OS Computers - Wireless Printing Instructions:

To print wirelessly, the document to be printed must be saved in PDF format.

1. Document to print is already a saved PDF file?
   • Upload it to the either the Black & White Laser Printer or the Color Laser Printer.
     Use the Browse feature on the Upload page to find your saved pdf file.


2. Document to print is NOT yet a saved PDF file?
   • Click "Print" within appropriate software application.
   • Select "Save as a PDF" in the print window:
   
   
   
   
   
   • Go to the Wireless Prining page and Upload the saved PDF file
     • Either Browse to the saved PDF file, or
     • Copy & Paste file path (location & name) into the Upload box
       of either the Black & White Laser Printer or the Color Laser Printer.
