
PDF Creation for Windows Instructions
Windows PC Computers - Wireless Printing Instructions:
To print wirelessly, the document to be printed must be saved in PDF format.
- Document to print is already a saved PDF file?
- Upload it to the either the Black & White Laser Printer or the Color Laser Printer.
Use the Browse feature on the Upload page to find your saved pdf file.
- Document to print is NOT yet a saved PDF file?
- Use the freeware PDFCreator to convert your document, webpage, image to a PDF file.
- Convert document, webpage, etc. to a PDF file:
- Open document to print in appropriate application. (MSWord, Internet Explorer, MozillaFirefox, etc.
- Click "Print" within appropriate software application.
- Select "PDFCreator" as your printer.
- Click "Save" (on PDFCreator window that pops up).
Tip: Uncheck "After saving, open the document with the default program."
- Select "Save as" in location and filename of your choice.
- Print saved PDF file using the Upload box on the Wireless Prining page:
- Either Browse to the saved PDF file, or
- Copy & Paste file path (location & name) into the Upload box
of either the Black & White Laser Printer or the Color Laser Printer.
